ActuaNews France "Do What I Want To Do" Single Review

Online magazine ActuaNews.fr gave us a great nod when Roma was reviewed a couple years ago. We were psyched to see that our French rock comrades also loved and understood the complexity of “Do What I Want to Do” – which sounds like a polished, rock anthem but is Oh So Much More.

“In a time where division reigns, Emory calls for authenticity and tolerance, through music imbued with depth and sincerity.”

Reach the English translation of our review, which also delves into the coming EP, The Siege:

Working alongside longtime collaborators Bob Boyer and Tim Lynch, Emory has established himself as a leading voice in American indie rock. His lyrics, which reflect the struggles and challenges of today’s society, are intended to be both personal and universal. With The Siege, he seems determined to explore this duality between personal introspection and social commentary even further.
