And now, without further ado… 

The official video for “Prophets Said”, our second single from the much-anticipated, forthcoming EP, The Siege.

Released last month on Valentine’s Day, we’ll be honest: we didn’t have a video or any real plan to shoot one. Because The Siege EP has so many solid songs, we weren’t sure what the second single was going to be when we filmed the music videos in Italy in October, 2023. On that trip, we filmed videos for “Do What I Want To Do” – released last October – and two currently unreleased tracks – “Cortona” and title track “The Siege”.

So, when folks kept asking for a video, we decided to get creative. Two weeks ago, in a single afternoon, we set out to tell a different story – one about the past, relationships coming to an end, and the ability to look back with hindsight and see clearly how a difficult transition brought you to the present moment. In the video, the relationship is not with a person, but a place: Louis’s hometown, Troy, New York.

With scenes from childhood haunts and current downtown hangouts, the video also features Louis singing in the empty parking lot where his childhood home (and the garage where his music was born) once stood.
