Processing time
Our manufacturing and printing partner will begin production of your products within 2 to 4 days after you’ve placed your order.
Shipping time
Because all of our orders are custom printed on demand from a sustainable production facility in France, please anticipate a delay of up to 2 weeks before your order has been shipped.
In the European Union, orders are shipped in 3 to 10 business days.
In the United States and the rest of the world, orders are shipped within 5 to 14 business days.
We always select the cheapest shipping method for each of your orders and always group your items together (if several different orders are addressed to the same recipient, they will be grouped together in one package).
Please note that delivery times indicated are estimated averages and have no contractual value.
Customs fees
Packages sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of destination.
These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Returns
We’re sorry, but as a small business utilizing a fulfillment service, we are unable to provide refunds or returns at this time, unless in the case of damages or product defects. Please see below for details.
Prior to making your purchase, please be sure to check the size charts and read all of the product information carefully.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damaged item and send them at shop@louisemory.com.
